As a partnership of providers, all firmly rooted in the NHS, we bring a strong understanding of the varied population needs and health inequalities across Coventry & Warwickshire, including deprivation, rural isolation and frailty.
Building on our established relationships with GP practices, secondary care, local authorities and the voluntary sector, we develop solutions to tackle growing health challenges so that patients benefit from faster, more accessible services, closer to home, and commissioners achieve economies of scale.

How We Work
At-scale contracts are either provided by our team or in collaboration with delivery partners.
We provide a single point of access, responsibility and contract management for commissioners wanting at scale services delivered across primary care.
All clinical services are managed in line with CQC requirements, overseen by our delivery partners’ clinical directors and quality and compliance leads. Delivery partners are registered with CQC (‘good’ where rated) or ISO 9001 UKAS-Accredited.
