Strategic Board
Dr Cristina Ramos
Chair
Cristina is a GP partner at Rother House in Stratford upon Avon and Chair of both IPC and SWGP Federation.
Representing primary care at system and place level, she works with stakeholders to develop integrated at scale solutions that make best use of General Practice in meeting growing healthcare demands and delivering quality, cost effective services.
Cristina is the Clinical Governance lead for IPC as well as directing the overall strategy and development of IPC. She is our Caldicott Guardian and safeguarding lead, and is responsible for clinical risk management.
Dr Kiran Mandhyan
Director
Kiran brings over two decades of NHS experience. He is a Practice Director at Coventry & Rugby GP Alliance and a Clinical Director at Skyward PCN.
Kieran works alongside his GP colleagues in his position as a GP partner at Holbrooks Health Team and is and is also an expert speaker and advisor for Improving General Practice (IGP), a Develop Consulting offer for NHS England.
Kiran is IPC’s safety and quality lead, responsible for patient feedback, complaints and incidents.
Jeffrey Powell
Director
Jeffrey is the Chief Executive of Primary Care Warwickshire Federation (Warwickshire North-WN) and Partner and Practice Manager at Red Roofs Surgery. He represents WN at Primary Care Collaborative and Warwickshire Collaborative Forum, and attends the System IT Board and Local Estates Forum.
Building on 30 years’ in manufacturing, supply chain and distribution, Jeff has a passion for system improvement, collaborative working and optimising digital opportunities.
Jeff is the finance lead for IPC, and responsible for overseeing our contracted services.
Dr Norman Byrd
Director
Norman is a GP partner at Clifton Road Surgery and a PCN Clinical Director. He is also the current chair of the Primary Care Collaborative. Norman brings expertise in working collaboratively across practices to set and implement strategy as well as direct clinical experience. Previous roles include musculoskeletal GPSI and performer regulations for NHS England.
Norman is the corporate governance lead for IPC. His responsibilities include statutory and regulatory compliance, information governance and risk management and assurance.
Dr Ben Atkins
Chief Officer - Clinical
Ben leads the delivery of IPC services.
Ben is also a GP and associate director at South Warwickshire GP Federation. His focus is developing and working in urgent care services, digital healthcare, and integrated clinical services.
He developed the integrated frailty and urgent care services at UHCW before working with various NHS and non NHS organisations to develop new services, and subsequently the Department of Health and UK Health Security Agency.
Jo Min
General Manager
Jo is responsible for the day-to-day management of IPC, supporting the Board and acting as overall contract lead for our services. Jo is also responsible for managing corporate governance and communications and engagement for IPC.
Jo is also Transformation Lead for Stratford Central PCN.
She brings extensive experience of working with the charity sector, having held senior roles at Springfield Mind and the Alzheimer’s Society.
Operational Leads
Dr Jacob Cain
Operational lead: Clinical governance, safety & quality
Jacob is a GP Partner at Bedworth Health Centre, with specialist expertise in dermatology and minor operations. He is also clinical director of Primary Care Warwickshire – Warwickshire North Federation.
Jacob is experienced in developing processes and procedures to deliver at scale working at pace. He leads IPCs clinical governance, safety and quality activities, including clinical assurance and staff resourcing and skills.
Chris Beyer
Operational lead: contracted services
Chris has over 20 years of experience working within primary care and is the operational lead for IPC’s contracted services. Chris is also the Chief Operating Officer for South Warwickshire GP Federation.
With a background in Digital, Chris understands how harnessing new technologies and systems plays a significant role in ensuring the NHS remains digitally mature, an area IPC is leading on within the system.
He is committed to enabling General Practice to play a vital role in how at scale provision is delivered.
Daljit Sandhu
Operational lead: strategy and developments
Daljit is the CEO of Coventry & Rugby GP Alliance and has worked in healthcare for over 30 years. Her career spans programme and change management, operational and strategic leadership for the NHS and on a consultancy basis.
She is experienced in developing and delivering collaborative, cross-federation projects to improve patient outcomes GP resilience.
Daljit leads business planning, oversight and business development for IPC.
Liana Blake
Operational lead
Liana is Operations Director for Rugby Health PCN where she is responsible for the non clinical areas of the PCN, including finance, human resources and other areas to support the PCN’s 12 practices and PCN staff teams. Liana brings knowledge and experience from 15 years in various public sector roles, in addition to 20 years’ prior experience in the corporate sector.
