IPC brings together the skills, expertise and local experience of Coventry & Warwickshire’s primary care sector in a single team, providing a one stop shop for commissioners seeking consistent, cost effective services for patients and partners.

Dr Cristina Ramos

Chair

Cristina is a GP partner at Rother House in Stratford upon Avon and Chair of both IPC and SWGP Federation.

Representing primary care at system and place level, she works with stakeholders to develop integrated at scale solutions that make best use of General Practice in meeting growing healthcare demands and delivering quality, cost effective services.

Dr Jacob Cain

Director

Jacob is a GP Partner at Bedworth Health Centre, with specialist expertise in dermatology and minor operations. He is also clinical director of Primary Care Warwickshire – Warwickshire North Federation.

Jacob provides clinical leadership for some IPC services such as Primary Care Dermatology, and is experienced in developing processes and procedures to deliver at scale working at pace.

Jeffrey Powell

Director

Jeffrey is the Chief Executive of Primary Care Warwickshire Federation (Warwickshire North-WN) and Partner and Practice Manager at Red Roofs Surgery. He represents WN at Primary Care Collaborative and Warwickshire Collaborative Forum, and attends the System IT Board and Local Estates Forum.

Building on 30 years’ in manufacturing, supply chain and distribution, Jeff has a passion for system improvement, collaborative working and optimising digital opportunities.

Liana Blake

Director

Liana is Operations Director for Rugby Health PCN where she is responsible for the non-clinical areas of the PCN, including finance, human resources and other areas to support the PCN’s 12 practices and PCN staff teams.

Liana brings knowledge and experience from 15 years in various public sector roles, in addition to 20 years’ prior experience in the corporate sector.

Dr Kiran Mandhyan

Director

Kiran brings over two decades of NHS experience. He is a Practice Director at Coventry & Rugby GP Alliance and a Clinical Director at Skyward PCN.

Kieran works alongside his GP colleagues in his position as a GP partner at Holbrooks Health Team and is and is also an expert speaker and advisor for Improving General Practice (IGP), a Develop Consulting offer for NHS England.

Daljit Sandhu

Director

Daljit is the CEO of Coventry & Rugby GP Alliance and has worked in healthcare for over 30 years. Her career spans programme and change management, operational and strategic leadership for the NHS and on a consultancy basis.

She is experienced in developing and delivering collaborative, cross-federation projects to improve patient outcomes GP resilience.

Chris Beyer

Director

Chris has over 20 years of experience working within primary care and is the Chief Operating Officer for South Warwickshire GP Federation.

With a background in Digital, Chris understands how harnessing new technologies and systems plays a significant role in ensuring the NHS remains digitally mature, an area IPC is leading on within the system.

He is committed to enabling General Practice to play a vital role in how at scale provision is delivered.

Dr Lesli Davies

Director

Lesli Davies is a GP and Medical Secretary of the LMC, and Director of Rugby Health.

Having initially worked in hospitals, Lesli trained in general practice and became partner at Clifton Road Surgery in Rugby until her recent retirement. Lesli helped establish Rugby Health and has been an LMC officer since 2005. Lesli’s breadth of expertise brings welcome insight and a fresh perspective to IPC .

Paul Elkin

Non-Executive Director

Paul is a qualified accountant whose long NHS career encompassed Director and senior roles at regional and local levels within the NHS, including Director of Finance at a large acute hospital NHS Trust for ten years.

His subsequent work as a consultant to a wide range of NHS organisations focussed on project management support to large service improvement and capital investment programmes and projects; and strategic service and financial reviews and development of financial and business strategies for NHS Trusts and commissioning bodies.

Dr Ben Atkins

Associate Director

Ben is a GP and associate director at both IPC and South Warwickshire GP Federation. His focus is developing and working in urgent care services, digital healthcare, and integrated clinical services.

He developed the integrated frailty and urgent care services at UHCW before working with various NHS and non NHS organisations to develop new services, and subsequently the Department of Health and UK Health Security Agency.

Jo Min

General Manager

Jo is responsible for the day-to-day management of IPC, supporting the Board and acting as overall contract lead for our services. Jo is also the PCN Manager for Stratford-upon-Avon Collaborative.

She brings extensive experience of working with the charity sector, having held senior roles at Springfield Mind and the Alzheimer’s Society.
